How we work
As soon as an enquiry comes in a member of the Special Venues team:
- takes a briefing to establish precisely what is needed
- searches for the right venue, using their in-depth knowledge of conference and incentive industry locations
- provides the client with a short list of appropriate places, including a full budget breakdown and well-informed comments
- arranges for the client to visit venues, accompanied if required
- helps the client make a final choice
- confirms the venue and makes any additional arrangements required for the event.

Here are some examples of the kind of work we do:
- an IT company with 7,000 employees uses us to book all the venues for their conference, training, meeting and event needs across the UK and beyond. The company saves thousands of pounds a year as a result
- we recently organised and provided full event management for a two-day London conference for 150 international delegates. This meant organising and setting up the conference, a team-building day, a gala dinner, a sightseeing trip, all accommodation and transport
- a top accountancy firm has hired us to organise a one-day conference for 50 people at Stratford-upon-Avon and another company wants a 60-people two-day event in Warwickshire
- on the customer incentive side, a household name manufacturing company has used us to arrange a five-star, five-day golfing trip with wives to Portugal
- a FTSE100 utility company hired us to organise venues and accommodation for a national training roadshow.
