How we work

As soon as an enquiry comes in a member of the Special Venues team:

  • takes a briefing to establish precisely what is needed
  • searches for the right venue, using their in-depth knowledge of conference and incentive industry locations
  • provides the client with a short list of appropriate places, including a full budget breakdown and well-informed comments
  • arranges for the client to visit venues, accompanied if required
  • helps the client make a final choice
  • confirms the venue and makes any additional arrangements required for the event.

  • an IT company with 7,000 employees uses us to book all the venues for their conference, training, meeting and event needs across the UK and beyond. The company saves thousands of pounds a year as a result
  • we recently organised and provided full event management for a two-day London conference for 150 international delegates. This meant organising and setting up the conference, a team-building day, a gala dinner, a sightseeing trip, all accommodation and transport
